Refund policy

Suit Up Pooch (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) wants every pup and their human to love their purchase. Please note: we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is limited to size exchanges or store credit where applicable.By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, as exchanges are limited to size and customers bear the shipping cost.

2. Reporting Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours via:

  • Include your Order ID and photos to help us verify the issue quickly.

3. Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos.
  • We will acknowledge your request and provide return instructions.
  • To avoid doubt, no refunds will be given for goods purchased from us.
  • The customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs on exchanged items, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • For convenience, you can pay INR 150 to arrange a return pickup and send you the exchanged size.
  • Alternatively, you may ship the item back using a reputable courier with tracking.
  • Returned items must reach our warehouse within 10 days of your exchange request.
  • Once received and verified, we will ship the replacement or issue store credit.
  • Only one exchange per product is allowed.
  • If the replacement item costs more than the original, a payment link will be shared. If it costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.

4. Shortages & Damages in Transit

  • Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our liability is limited to replacement of missing or defective items.
  • All claims must include photos for verification.
  • We may guide you on proper use of the product if it appears faulty but isn’t.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or verification requirements.
