We currently ship orders across India through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed in 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery may take 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹599 and above.
  • For orders below ₹599, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated in such cases.

We are not liable for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After verification, we will assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.
