Welcome to Suit Up Pooch. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of pet apparel, accessories, and services. By accessing or ordering from our site, you accept and agree to the following:

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, “our” = Suit Up Pooch
  • “You”, “your” = any visitor, user, or customer
  • “Products” = any items sold via the site including pet apparel and accessories

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older or have parent/guardian consent to shop.
  • Minors purchasing items without guardian consent may result in account suspension and responsibility lies with the guardian.
  • Users may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts may result in account suspension or cancellation of orders
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account, including unauthorized use by family or friends.

3. Use of Site   

 You agree not to:

  • Tamper with site security or functionality
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Upload viruses, bots, or harmful code
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

Misuse of the site may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final at the time of order, but we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders with pricing or inventory mistakes.
  • Order confirmation is subject to payment clearance and does not constitute acceptance until payment is successfully processed.

5. Payment

  • Payments accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (as available on Shopify checkout).
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • We do not store your payment information; payments are handled securely by the payment gateway.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by location; we are not liable for courier delays.
  • Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds. Only size exchanges are allowed.

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, with photos.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy - please refer to that policy for full details.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error.

8. Promotional Codes & Vouchers

  • Discount codes and vouchers are limited period and may apply only to select products.
  • Only one code per order is allowed.
  • Codes cannot be applied to orders already placed.
  • Participation in contests, promotions, or campaigns (like Pooch of the Month) is subject to separate rules and eligibility criteria, which will be provided at the time of the contest.
  • Suit Up Pooch reserves the right to cancel codes or promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including text, graphics, and images, is owned by Suit Up Pooch.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Suit Up Pooch is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses  arising from use of the site or products purchased.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to courier delays, technical failures, or misuse of the site.
  • Use of the site is at your own risk.

11. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

12. Links to Other Sites

  • Our site may contain links to third-party websites.
  • We are not responsible for content, products, or services offered by these third parties.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Suit Up Pooch, its affiliates, and employees from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.
